A plan built for the real world.
Housing in this region has become unreachable for the people who keep it running — the bakers, the teachers, the carers. GreenHouse gives 14 households a place to live with shared infrastructure, a market garden and a workshop. It's small enough to actually finish, big enough to matter. Backers don't get equity — they get a credit they can spend at the village, a record of helping it happen, and quarterly proof of where the money went.
GreenHouse Eco Village is a 14-home community build outside Zurich, designed for low-impact living and shared space. Modular timber-frame homes sit on a four-hectare site that includes a working market garden, a shared workshop, and a renewable-energy plant covering 100% of on-site needs. Every backer is supporting a real, permitted, on-paper-and-on-site build — not a concept.
