The idea. The people. The possibility.
Housing in this region has become unreachable for the people who keep it running — the bakers, the teachers, the carers. GreenHouse gives 14 households a place to live with shared infrastructure, a market garden and a workshop. It's small enough to actually finish, big enough to matter. Backers don't get equity — they get a credit they can spend at the village, a record of helping it happen, and quarterly proof of where the money went.
This illustrative record models a 14-home community build outside Zurich, designed for low-impact living and shared space. It shows how modular timber-frame homes, a market garden, a shared workshop and a renewable-energy plan could be explained before a project is allowed to accept support.

Risks and mitigations
A review is not a promise of success. The record keeps delivery risks beside the operator's mitigation plan.
Project delivery may be delayed
Construction projects can shift. Our buffer assumes 4–6 weeks of weather risk during winter.

10% reserve buffer held against milestone variance.
Supplier dependency
Modular frames depend on a single primary supplier. A backup is qualified but adds 8% to material cost.
