Does a reviewed project mean it cannot fail?+
No. Review can improve the information available and reduce avoidable risk, but real-world projects can still be delayed, changed or fail. The project record must state the remaining risks plainly.
Are milestone payments and refunds already live?+
The milestone release and protection system shown on this page is the intended product model. Exact payment custody, release conditions and remedies must be implemented with regulated payment partners and country-specific legal terms before being presented as a live guarantee.
