Refund and dispute policy

No real money should be collected through the current product preview. If you see a test receipt, it confirms only that the technical sandbox flow completed.

If you believe a real charge has occurred in error, contact the pilot team immediately with the payment date, amount and receipt reference. Do not send full card details.

• Each project must publish package fulfilment, cancellation and delivery terms before payment.
• The platform must define failed-project, missed-milestone and unauthorised-payment handling.
• Refund decisions, evidence, deadlines and appeals must be recorded consistently.
• Stripe Connect, operator identity checks and payout controls must be operational and legally reviewed for the launch market.

A refund guarantee is not currently offered. The final policy will distinguish platform errors, fraud, cancelled projects, delayed delivery and discretionary operator refunds rather than presenting one vague promise.
